Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to services provided by SaveOnFlights, hereafter referred to as "Company", "we", "our", or "us".

Eligibility for Refund

Customers who request a refund within 24 hours of the transaction are eligible for a full refund.

To qualify for a refund, your request must be submitted within 48 hours of completing your transaction with SaveOnFlights. Refund requests received after this period may not be eligible for processing.

Non-Refundable Circumstances: Refunds will not be provided for reasons related to insufficient deals for specific cabin classes (such as Business Class, Premium Economy, or First Class), or for specific source/destination airports or cities. Deal availability varies based on airline pricing and market conditions, and SaveOnFlights does not guarantee deals for any particular route, class, or destination.

Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our customer service team at fly@SaveOnFlights.in with the following information:

  • Your Payment ID
  • The email address or phone number used during registration
  • A clear explanation of your reason for requesting a refund

Our support team will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days to confirm eligibility and next steps.

Processing Refunds

Once your refund request has been approved, eligible refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, typically within 10 working days.

The refund will be credited back to the original payment method used during the transaction. Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 3–7 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account.
